How the monthly period works
Your 1-month period runs from your check-in date to the same date of the following month (e.g., check in Oct 30 → check out Nov 30). If the following month has no matching date, the period ends on the last day of that month (e.g., check in Jan 31 → check out Feb 28).
Daily rate (for extensions)
Monthly rate ÷ 30 (e.g., ¥120,000 ÷ 30 = ¥4,000/day).
Contract Terms
- Minimum stay: 1 month. For stays shorter than 1 month, please book through Booking.com.
- Maximum contract period: 6 months
- Renewal required every 6 months
- Required documents: Passport copy + Residence card copy (if applicable)
Visa types
- Tourist visa: Maximum 3 months
- With residence status: Up to 6 months, address registration available
